• 2nd-degree black belt

George was born in Santa Rita Cuba. At the age of nine, he along with his family moved to Miami, FL where he right away showed great interest in organized sports such as football, track, and field, and mixed martial arts. After graduating with a bachelor of science in physical education from Florida International University he embarked on a career of transforming people’s lives a Personal fitness coach.
